REBATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This offer is good on purchases of NGK Spark Plugs between 8/1/2007 and 12/31/2007. Maximum rebate amount is $ 4.00 per name, address or household. Prior sales are excluded.

All requests must be postmarked by 1/31/08 and received by 2/15/08. This offer is void where prohibited, taxed or restricted.

Rebates submitted missing any information will be rejected with or without notification. All detail required for rebate submission may not be reproduced (with the exception of the copy of the salesreceipt and the rebate form), traded or sold.

NGK Spark Plugs (USA) Inc. is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail by the US Postal Service or any other delivery service. Limit (1) one rebate per customer, person, receipt, household, family or address. Offer valid in the 50 contiguous United States only and not valid where prohibited by law.

Requests from PO Boxes not accepted and requests with invalid or undeliverable mailing address will be rejected. Your rebate rights cannot be assigned or transferred and this offer is void where taxed, restricted or prohibited by law. Keep copies of all materials submitted. All originals will become the property of NGK Spark Plugs (USA) Inc. and will not be returned.

NGK Spark Plugs (USA) Inc. reserves the right to request additional information regarding claims. If terms and conditions are not met, rebate will not be processed. No rebates will be authorized over the phone. Fraudulent submission could result in federal prosecution under mail fraud statutes (Title 18, USC Sections 1341 & 1342).
